Be among the first people to explore the pristine Mergui archipelago of 800 islands and its crystal clear waters in the South of Myanmar. The Mergui (Myeik) Archipelago was closed to outsiders for nearly 50 years. Many of the islands remain completely untouched and have not been thoroughly researched and are likely to have some undiscovered species of flora and fauna. On the shores of some islands are nomadic Salone (Moken) sea gypsy villages that live off the sea and move from island to island. You will see many colorful fish while snorkeling in the warm and clear waters of the Andaman Sea and also have opportunities to explore the islands interiors as well as to relax and unwind. This is truly a get-away-from-it-all trip with minimal connections to outside world, so be prepared to be offline and off your phone for full the duration of your sailing trip.
