Myanmar Andaman Resort (MAR) is the first resort on Mac Leod Island and boasts pristine beaches, great jungle walks and fantastic diving. MAR is an ideal base for both activities and relaxation. You will be in the midst of some amazing nature and among some of the first and few privileged visitors to this region after the archipelago was finally opened for tourism following decades of isolation.

Due to the remote location and long distance to Kawthaung (the border town in southern-most Myanmar) the resorts scheduled boat service runs only twice per week. Other days are possible, but at an additional cost.
